AN EXCEPTIONALLY RARE SNAIL FOSSIL IN AMBER, A very rare specimen of a freshwater snail in dinosaur-aged amber. Found in the Cretaceous deposits circa 99 million years old in the amber mines of Kachin, Myanmar. This site has produced many fossils which are completely new to science.
